What to expect when you get in touch
We reply to messages within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST. If it is urgent and it is stopping you running the day, call 0485 095 555 rather than filling in the form. There is no call centre and no ticket queue: you get a person who knows the product.
Already a customer?
If you are logged in and something is not working, the Skip Pilot support centre answers the common ones first: driver logins, the mobile app not showing jobs, push notifications, and billing. It is usually faster than waiting on a reply.
Thinking about switching?
